Returns
In-store Purchases:
Get a full refund within 7 days of purchase.
Get an exchange or Store Credit within 28 days of purchase.
No refunds on Sale items - Get an exchange or Store Credit within 28 days of purchase.
Online Purchases:
You are entitled to a cooling off period of 14 days, which begins on the day you receive the goods. During this period you are free to return the goods to us in the original condition that you received them (unused and in original packaging) and will receive a full refund. You will be required to cover the return postage costs.
Online purchases may only be returned to the Galway store.
If you wish to cancel your contract with us within the 14 day cooling off period email us at galway@callofthewild.ie and return the goods to us.

Out of concern for the safety of our customers (including you!), we are absolutely unable to refund or exchange any kind of personal protective equipment. Personal protective equipment includes, but is not limited to, snow and climbing gear such as slings, ropes, harnesses, carabiners, awnings, helmets, descenders, blockers, cleats, pulleys, belts, ice screws, traditional cimbing protection, camming devices and quickdraws.
